Every Willie is handcrafted to order — please allow a little extra time for us to make it perfect.

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 3–5 business days for most orders. Each piece is cut, sanded, and sealed in our Boston workshop before it heads your way.

Shipping

  • All orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking.
  • U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • We currently ship within the U.S. only (international coming soon).
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every Willie is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of heart. But if something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right — no questions asked.

Email sales@plantwillies.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

Need to update your shipping address or cancel before it’s made? Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll take care of it.
